Taking into account the:

that through the SEEN file it processes the presentation made by OBRA SOCIAL DEL PERSONNEL DE PBBPOLISUR SA DE BAHIA BLANCA (RNOS Nº 3-0370-3), in which it requests the registration of the new name of the Obra Social and the modifications made to the entity’s articles of association .

The reform carried out means the adaptation of the personal group and the name of the health insurance agent in response to the institutional transformation of PBBPOLISUR SA to PBBPPOLISUR SRL, registered under registration number 11647-, prior to the Public Examination of Justice (IGJ), the Comptroller’s body with jurisdiction in this matter.

The adequacy of personal assembly depends on the integration by means of the absorption of DOW QUÍMICA ARGENTINA SA by PBBPOLISUR SRL

This is in connection with the new name proposed by the health insurance agent, OBRA SOCIAL DEL PERSONNEL DE PBBPOLISUR SRL DE BAHIA BLANCA, as well as the amendment included in Article 1 of the statute, once the entity is “nuclear to the employees under a subordination relationship to PBBPOLISUR SRL and their family groups.. . “; They correspond to the records in the records, which prove the situation provided for in the previous considerations.

That the deletion of the reference to DOW QUIMICA ARGENTINA SA provided for in subparagraph a) of the original Article 29, namely: “…workers who provide services in a relationship of dependency in PBBPPOLISUR SA and DOW QUIMICA ARGENTINA SA….”, is compatible with The amendment to Article 1 responds to the aforementioned merger.

ARTICLE 1 – Approval of the reforms to the statutes of OBRA SOCIAL DEL PERSONNEL DE PBBPOLISUR SA DE BAHIA BLANCA (RNOS Nº 3-0370-3), which will henceforth be called OBRA SOCIAL DEL PERSONNEL DE PBBPOLISUR SRL DE BAHIA BLANCA (RNOSº 3-0370-3) No. 3-0370-3), to record the arranged text included by IF-2022-77767980-APN-GG#SSS Request 13 (pages 3/13) from the SEEN file.

Article 2 – Registration, communication, notification, publication, delivery to the National Directorate of Official Record, transfer to Social Work Coordination Records and Prepaid Medical Institutions to interfere with their competence, and to submit an appropriate file
