In Ferling’s 10th hit, Phyllis beat the Blue Jays

PHILADELPHIA — Matt Ferling hit five, including the RBI single that finished the game in 10th, as the Philadelphia Phillies beat the Toronto Blue Jays 4-3 on Wednesday.

JT Realmoto hosted Philadelphia, who snapped a five-game losing streak and stayed two games ahead of Milwaukee in third and final place in the National League playoffs.

For Velez, Dominican Muñoz without an official role but with a half scored, Segura 3-1 with one inning.
