The Minister of Health of the State, Carla Vizzotti, and the Head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, Felix Pablo Croce, signed a cooperation agreement to enhance the Register of Integrity and Transparency for Companies and Entities (RITE) in order to contribute to the development and improvement of integrity programs, share good practices and promote transparent business and market environments.
Collaboration will entail enhanced synergies and exchange of experiences; Improving state capacities in order to strengthen integrity policies; Deploy RITE among companies that supply goods and supplies to the Ministry of Health, its decentralized and decentralized entities and SAMIC (Comprehensive Community Medical Care Service) in its scope and value chain.
To achieve these goals, it is planned to share the health file in the working groups organized by the Anti-Corruption Office; Collaborate and contribute their expertise in matters of integrity and transparency, focusing on the content of forms of integrity, through individual and/or group meetings; Promote and support the training carried out by the office to accommodate companies and entities in the operation and content of RITE; and knowledge sharing in order to promote integrity policies.
This initiative is part of the commitment made by the Health Portfolio to develop actions aimed at facilitating the overall implementation of integrity and transparency policies, accompanied by these actions with specific tools aimed at strengthening public ethics, integrity and transparency in its various areas of work, and decentralized and decentralized organizations in their orbit.
Thus, as part of the specific actions implemented by the Health portfolio in matters of public ethics, transparency and integrity, the Ministry of Health organized a meeting with suppliers in the sector on May 31 to present them with the registry.
The Integrity and Transparency Register for Companies and Entities (https://www.rite.gob.ar/), promoted by the Anti-Corruption Bureau, is a collective initiative aimed at preventing corruption by promoting the development of corruption programmes.
