Women’s Rugby World Cup winners Ruahei Demant, Theresa Fitzpatrick, Stacey Fluhler and Sarah Hirini will compete for the Black Ferns Player of the Year trophy at the National Rugby Union Awards.
The four are among a series of nominations released on Monday for the awards, which take place on Thursday, December 8.

Hirini has been nominated for the Black Ferns Sevens Player of the Year alongside Michaela Flyte and Rizaliana (Rizzy) Puri-Lane.
The Richard Crawshaw Memorial All Blacks Sevens Player of the Year nominees are: Sam Dixon, Caleb Tangitau and Nagarohi McGarvey-Black.
Artie Savea is among the nominees for Super Rugby Pacific player of the year, along with Blues fly half Stephen Perofetta and Crusaders fullback Will Jordan.
The Super Rugby Aupiki Player of the Year nominees are: Liana Michael-Du, Chiefs Manawa hooker Luke Connor and Hurricanes second row Poua Joanah Ngan-Woo.
