Cid arrived at the committee in uniform and informed him that he would be using “for the duration of that hearing my constitutional right to silence.”

At the end of the session, the head of the school, Chico Vigilante, confirmed that there are mutations like this that say a lot. The officer also remained silent in July during congressional testimony before the Parliamentary Inquiry Committee on 8 January.
