The health system is stressed. It has not fully recovered from the crisis it has experienced in recent years. But in 2023 we have some variables that make us believe that the Argentines are the best in the world not only in football.
From where we are, we see every day how doctors from all over the country train day after day, never stop learning or taking on the enormous commitment to meet the challenges of the profession and with the goal that prevention and treatment of diseases reach everyone. Residents of Argentinain both the public and private spheres.
On the other hand, technology puts us, health equipment companies, on a non-stop journey that makes us believe that today it saves lives. And this path will not stop.
According to the World Health Organization, “Digital technologies provide new opportunities to address health system challenges and thus offer the potential to improve coverage and quality of services.”
Digital health today is understood as the use of information and communications technology (ICT) applied to healthcare processes. Moreover, we are on the cusp of what will be artificial intelligence Applied to the health system.
Listing all the health benefits of technology would be an endless exercise. Their number is countless. Technological advances are generating greater effectiveness in treatments, not only when it comes to making medicines, but also in developing equipment that can be part of recovery.
It also helps in performing faster and more accurate analyzes and diagnoses, and detecting known and unknown diseases that arise around the world.
Today, there are hundreds of procedures, each using equipment designed and perfected over time to obtain a more accurate diagnosis. The speed of obtaining it can make a big difference.
Monitoring and controlling patients is becoming easier and easier for doctors, thanks to technological tools. Another important advance is telemedicine. It is a practice that has been gradually implemented for years. Since the outbreak of the pandemic, it has become the safest way to treat patients, avoiding unnecessary exposure to high-risk environments.
All these developments and the continuous work of health workers who have a very strong profession, make us believe that, apart from the complexities experienced this year and the difficulties we face, they make us see that balance gives positivity in the field of health. As we always say, health must be accessible to all Argentines in every part of the country.
We know that our thinking is optimistic, but it is based on the belief that small and medium-sized businesses in Argentina always tend to do: the solution lies in our people and our youth.
