Dallas is one of the Fort Worth terminals
Company American Airlines Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) in the US will open a daily non-stop seasonal route to Auckland, New Zealand (AKL). October 29, 2022. Additionally, the US terminal will connect the route to the Asia-Pacific Southern Hemisphere.
Daily seasonal service connects DFW passengers to New Zealand March 25, 2023. It will be operated on the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft 285 passengers (30 Business Class, 21 Premium Economy and 234 Economy).
DFW continues to be one with this new addition World’s most connected airports with more than 70 international destinations. “As the second busiest airport in the world, we are excited to add this new route to DFW’s global network for our passengers,” said DFW CEO Sean Donohue.
“We are very excited to have American Airlines landing at Auckland Airport again. “The connection to Dallas-Fort Worth, one of the world’s busiest airports and American Airlines’ largest hub, is even more exciting,” said Scott Tasker, General Manager, Aeronautical Commercial, Auckland Airport.
American Airlines and its partner Qantas continue to expand their services between Australia and Texas, and in addition to the flight they currently operate to Sydney (SYD), the Australian airline recently announced a new service between Melbourne (MEL) and Dallas-Fort Worth. Airport (DFW) with four weekly flights, thus increasing its connectivity to Australia.
