Bad Bunny Releases “Where She Goes”: Video – Billboard

After his norteña cumbia hit “un x100to” with Grupo Frontera, Bad Bunny continues to show off his knack for jumping from one musical genre to another on his new Jersey club single “Where She Goes.” The single, titled in English but performed in Spanish, sees the Puerto Rican hitmaker dynamically playing a soft, subtle beat, courtesy of MAG.

Looking like a country dude armed with a cowboy clip in the Stills-directed music video, Bad Bunny drives around in a vintage Rolls-Royce. It is then shown on top of a tree in the middle of the desert, and there is also a scene showing the atmosphere of the Burning Man, with a crowd surrounding the fire. Special guests include Brazilian soccer legend Ronaldinho, Frank Ocean, Lil Uzi Vert, Dominique Vic, Sabrina Lada and many more.

Lil Uzi Vert, who is also shown doing the famous TikTok dance, is a fitting guest, as hitmaker “Just Wanna Rock” helped give Jersey club sizzle in 2022, the kind that permeates New York’s workout scene. Bad Bunny is the first Latin music artist to embrace the East Coast sound of the United States. Jersey Club originated in Newark, Jersey, at the turn of the new millennium.

“Baby, tell me the truth, if you forget me / I know it was only one night / That it won’t happen again,” Bad Bunny sings in the first verse in an electronic sound that’s both sexy and sinister at the same time. “In you I wanted to find what I lost in another / Your pride does not want to talk to me / So we will repeat it.”

Two days before the song’s arrival, the Puerto Rican singer gave his fans a preview of the new song on social media in the first 42 seconds.

Although he mentioned a possible hiatus in the cover interview for painting This past December, Benito continued to occupy a central place in popular culture. This year he became the first Spanish-speaking artist to headline Coachella and cause quite a stir at the Met Gala.
