Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez confirmed that our country is following the final decisions of the Climate Change Conference (COP 26), but expresses his dissatisfaction with its results.
Via Twitter, the chancellor expressed that the agreements in Scotland do not meet the needs of the planet and emphasized that greater savings were needed and that developed countries were providing financing according to their responsibility.

The International Climate Change Conference concluded at the Scottish Event Center with a tepid call to accelerate the phase-out of coal as an energy source and eliminate inefficient fossil fuel subsidies.
At the meeting, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, lamented that the political will for the meeting was not enough to overcome the deep contradictions on this planet.
