Entitled “Cycling, Women and Health”, the final lecture of the annual session presented by the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation was held. The aim of these talks is to provide women cycling with practical and theoretical tools that allow them to improve their performance, take care of their health and enjoy safe and effective cycling.
