Milwaukee — The Oakland Athletics rallied to four wins for the first time since last season, defeating the Milwaukee Brewers 2-1 Saturday on Aledmys Diaz’s RBI single in the tenth inning.
Despite the positive trajectory, Oakland (16-50) is on track to finish with a record of 39-123, which would be the most losses since the Cleveland Spiders lost 20-134 in 1899.

Shintaro Fujinami (3-6) tied the game in the ninth game, but still got the win. Sam Long had three consecutive top-10s for his first save of the season and second of his career.
