He cited as an example of the social inequality between people and nations due to corruption, the case of vaccines against Covid-19 in which private pharmaceutical companies have extraordinarily increased their fortunes at the expense of people’s health.

He noted that these companies have 94 percent of those biopharmaceuticals under their control, while the UN’s Kovacs program is barely six percent, a painful and resounding failure.

This simple fact, he said, can lead us to recognize that generosity and common sense in today’s world have been replaced by selfishness and private ambition, and the desire for profit, and we pass from civilization to barbarism, alienation, and back to afflictions. humanity.

He warned that if we did not reverse these trends, we would not be able to solve any of the other problems in the world.

He declared that corruption in the world is being condemned and combated, and that the great fight against inequality, poverty and all evils arising from these tragedies will take place at the same time.
