In the FPF, CONMEBOL and UEFA organize the Women’s Football Seminar

As part of the “UEFA Assist” programme, the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), jointly with CONMEBOL and the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF), held a football seminar in Lima for women.

Women’s Football is a workshop aimed at engaging different interest groups, with the aim of enhancing skills in management, leadership and development of women in football.

The program included the participation of Fabimar Franchi, Director of Women’s Football Development, and Mai Nagaoka, President of the Confederation of Women’s Football in South America.

For UEFA, Eva Pasquier, Director of International Relations and Advisers Juliana McGeever, Priscilla Janssens, Christopher James.

On the first two days of the agenda, women are the only audience, who perform some functions in the sport (NFL, clubs, captains, administrative staff, journalists, coaches, football players, referees, etc.); while the latter two were directed exclusively to the administrative staff, headquarters and administration of the FPF.
