Carlos Serna is not new to the Lenovo environment. The manager has been in the manufacturer for more than 18 years, holding various positions of responsibility, all associated with managing the distribution channel, partners and the company’s large accounts in Iberia.
Specifically, he was Senior Director of Large Accounts and the Public Sector, passing through Business Development Manager and Global Account Manager, among other positions, until he reached his current position as SMB Manager and Canal Iberia.
Prior to his time at Lenovo, Carlos worked at IBM and PWC. Carlos holds a double degree in Economics from San Pablo University – CEU and Complutense University of Madrid. He has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management from CEOE and a ‘C’ Level in Skills and Sales Operations from Kirby & Associated LLC.

Two more are joining the appointment: Patricia Nunez is the new Director of Product and Operations for Iberiaand Francisco Lopez, director of the company’s channel in Iberia. The latter replaces the position previously held by Carlos Serna. All of these movements seek to enhance the Maison’s talent to help clients and partners grow and digitally transform the Spanish market.
Patricia has over 15 years of experience in the technology sector. He started his career at SFR. Later, he worked in the Europe and Middle East products division of Acer laptops. In 2014, Lenovo appointed her as Channel Manager and SMB Iberia.
Patricia holds a dual degree in Communications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and Telecom Sud Paris. Currently, she is part of various initiatives for women’s leadership such as: #SomosMujeresTech from H+K, WIL’s Women Talent Pool (WIL) (Women in Leadership) and WILL (Women in Leadership Lenovo).
for this part, Francisco Lopez as Director of Corporate Channel Iberia. Francisco has more than 20 years of professional experience gained during his stints at IBM, Antisa and Maxdata. He started at Lenovo in 2007 as Head of Enterprise Accounts.
Francisco holds a Diploma in Business Studies and a BA in Business and Management from Complutense University of Madrid with a major in Finance and Marketing.
