Having perused the file EX-2021-56574243- -APN-DNTHYC#MS from the Registry of the Ministry of Health and Ministerial Resolutions No. 450 of April 7, 2006; No. 1922 of December 6, 2006. No. 1342 of October 10, 2007. No. 1814 of October 9, 2015 and No. 215 of August 31, 200; y9

Taking into account the:

Based on the said file, the Argentine College of Interventional Cardiologists (CACI) requests that it be incorporated into the individual registry of residency assessment entities in the health team.

That through the decisions mentioned at the hearing, the adoption of the National Health Team Housing Management System was established and the establishment of basic standards, system members and records.

That the system operate in the direction of the undersecretary for quality, regulation and supervision, and design procedures to define the guiding policies emanating from the Federal Health Council – COFESA – through the operational coordination of the National Directorate of Human Talent and Knowledge.

As a result of the evaluation conducted, it was concluded that COLEGIO ARGENTINO DE CARDIOANGIÓLOGOS INTERVENCIONISTAS (CACI) certifies suitability, competence and sufficient academic background to be part of the said registry, and that it abides by the provisions regulating it.

The General Directorate of Legal Affairs has taken over its jurisdiction.

That it was issued within the framework of the powers granted by Ministerial Resolutions No. 450/06, No. 1922/2006; No. 1342/2007; And No. 1814/2015.

Article 1. – Join the Argentine College of Cardio Angiologos Intervençonstas (CACI) in the Individual Registry of Evaluation of Health Team Entities, for the reasons indicated at the parties, and after it has been demonstrated to be sufficiently compliant with the requirements of Resolutions No. 450/2006; No. 1922/06; No. 1342/07 and Supplementary Provisions.

Article 2.- The Argentine College of Cardiovascular Physicians (CACI) will be registered as a residency resident in the specialty of Angiology and Hematology.

Article 3. – The Argentine College of Interventional Cardiologists (CACI) will be incorporated into the Single Registry of Evaluation of Residency Entities in the Health Team, as a resident of the specialty listed in Article 2 for four (4) years prior to 6. Its expiry date corresponding extension if necessary.

Article 4 – Registration, communication, publication, delivery to the national address of the official registry and submission.
