On April 3, Samsung Electronics unveiled its latest 2024 lineup of AI home appliances at three media day events, titled “Welcome to BESPOKE AI,” in Seoul, Paris and New York. The “Welcome to BESPOKE AI” event at the Samsung Electronics Seocho Building in Seoul began with a keynote by Jung-Hee Han, Vice Chairman, CEO and Head of Device Experience (DX) at Samsung Electronics. During the speech, Han introduced the new personalized AI product line that will be purposefully integrated into customers' lives, all within the company's “AI for All” vision.

At all three Welcome to BESPOKE AI events, attendees expressed great anticipation for the complete smart home experience where every device works in harmony through AI connectivity. Some even noted that their excitement was similar to the amazement they felt when smartphones were first launched.
