The Breeders celebrate 30 years since Last Splash with previously unreleased song: “Go Man Go”

Recorded with the band’s “classic” lineup, the album instantly became one of the alternative rock hits of the ’90s.

To mark the anniversary, the material was remastered from the original analog tapes—thought to have been lost—leading to light on two previously unreleased songs. one of them is “Go man go‘, which the band just released as a preview with an official video directed by Ironwing Studios’ Brandon Weaver. titled Last Splash (original 30th anniversary analog release)This special edition will include two 12″ vinyl records, plus an exclusive disc of the same size recorded on one side containing two never-before-heard tracks from the original sessions for the legendary album. The other track is titled “Divine Catcher” and is a version of “Divine Hammer” with lead vocals by J Mascis by Dinosaur Jr.

As if that were not enough, The Breeders announced that they will be going on tour next September to put on a series of shows at which they will perform. post splash in its entirety. The group will be joined by other bands and projects such as Belly (formed by Tanya Donelly, who was an original member of The Breeders), Screaming Females and Horsegirl.
