In Toledo, the Active Exercise Unit is headquartered in two locations, in Angel Rosa Senior CenterMonday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Santa Maria de Banquerencia Municipality Pavilion Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Each unit has a person in charge, an expert in physical exercise promotion, who will conduct various assessment tests to determine the level of physical condition and health of each participant.
