The official Wafa news agency reported that at least 14 civilians were killed after two homes were targeted in Gaza City, located in the northern Gaza Strip.
The news agency noted that several deaths, including children and women, were reported in a similar incident in the nearby Jabalia refugee camp, where an unknown number of people remain under the rubble.
A young man was also martyred in the Tal al-Zaatar area by Israeli sniper bullets.
A number of others were killed as a result of an explosion near Al-Mazraa School in the town of Deir al-Balah, and others were injured as a result of rockets being fired at the Bureij refugee camp.
The city of Khan Yunis, the center of the ground attack, was the target of new attacks this morning, especially the Al-Masry, Al-Sarhan and Al-Manara neighborhoods.
For their part, the gunboats fired heavy machine guns towards the city of Rafah, south of the coastal strip.
WAFA warned of the serious crisis that Kamal Adwan Hospital is experiencing, which has been under siege for eight days by members of the armed forces of the neighboring country.
He warned that the army had completely destroyed the southern part of the medical center, and was continuing to attack anyone who moved there.
The source indicated that in recent weeks, Israeli forces raided several hospitals in the northern region of Gaza, where they also arrested doctors and workers in the Strip.
For its part, Safa Agency reported that eight bodies were found inside a classroom at Shadia Abu Ghazala School in the northern Gaza Strip.
He confirmed that violent confrontations broke out this morning between the occupation forces and members of the Palestinian resistance in the Sheikh Radwan area, northwest of Gaza City.
