The Spanish Foundation for Health, led by Natalia Villourdes, will hold the second edition of the ‘Charity Tennis Championships’ in the women’s doubles category, at Club Los Lagartos, from January 25-28, to raise funds for its mission to support the health of an elderly population in vulnerable condition.
Colsanitas, Credicorp Capital and AutoGermana will participate in this event as collaborators and sponsors. After registration, participants will have court rights, game balls and the finalist pairs will receive their prizes.
The Spanish Foundation for Health is a Hispanic non-profit organization that has been working since 1996 through social programs that seek the well-being and quality of life of older people.
It currently has a presence in 19 cities in the country and provides support to 250 senior citizens in cooperation with established charities and consulates.
The entity provides medical coverage through the payment of EPS, nursing and maintenance services, so that dependent seniors can obtain these services.
Another program developed by the entity is the Godfather Plan, which allows seniors in a vulnerable situation to obtain the EPS payment obligation. In addition, she also has a maintenance bonus condolence plan, to contribute to members’ food.
It should be noted that the Catalan community, the Spanish institution of the world, the cultural centers of Cali and Medellín; the Spanish House in Bogota and Bucaramanga; Spanish Charitable Society in Cali, Medellin, Barranquilla and Bogota; Among other things, they were the founding organizations of the entity.
