With the participation of several institutions in El Alto, the mayor’s office conducted the first survey of the perception of the quality of care in health centers, with coverage of 58 hospitals in 14 districts, according to Mayor Elvis Plata.
According to the official’s explanation, it is known that this work carried out by the Municipality’s Health Secretariat is the first of its kind, supported by four main pillars that ensure its development, with the aim of being able to provide the best service to the population.
For this purpose, according to the official Elvis Plata, there is the participation of students of various situations such as the National Institute of Training and Labor Training (Infocal), who have reached a wide coverage in 14 municipal areas of the city of Alteña. .
“All the work that we do must bear fruit in the short term, because we have seen it as a priority to restore the confidence of the population, as these activities that we are doing are sure that we will get a response from the citizens who frequent our health centers,” Plata explained.
Another goal of the work is to know the opinion of the citizens about the interest of the health centers in the city of Alto, and the suggestions and needs that may lead to improving the interest in the population, and it will also be a guarantee. To constantly learn about the supply of medicines and supplies to ensure quality care with professionally qualified staff.
According to the municipal health official, the issue of public service is a priority, and the work that has become a task for the authorities of this city.
“The second phase of this type of survey activities will already be able to show the results that have been achieved, because we are convinced that through action we can achieve our goal of improving our health centers in terms of staffing and care, which is the most important thing for the population.”
The municipal health authorities indicated that these types of activities will be continued to improve work in the various health centers and the three hospitals located in the city of Alto.
