Although we are still several months away from seeing iPhone 15There are already rumors of a major change in range with the arrival of an “Ultra” model that will raise the bar for the Pro Max model. How? Well, with new titanium finishes, among other things.
The simple idea sparked the imagination of some rendering experts, as with Jose Saez Merino who – which He brings us what he imagines as “iPhone Ultra”. The work, as you can see in the resulting video, is amazing.

Jose imagines an iPhone Ultra with a titanium chassis as the rumors we’ll see confirm, Inherit something from the design of the Apple Watch Ultra Like the orange detail on the lock button. On the back, we’ll have four massive lenses that will boost the photography department to new levels, which is exactly what Jose thinks will likely happen (more so on this trend for the iPhone in extreme conditions):
I don’t think the actual iPhone Ultra is anything like that, and I suspect the Ultra will replace the Max but I don’t think they will port it into a sporty context like the Watch Ultra. What I see is the addition of the fourth camera.

To the visualization exercise we also add a screen capable of Adopt low power mode Which we’ll soon see in the Apple Watch Ultra, something that everyone who stays away from chargers for days as well as the titanium resistance will appreciate. In Jose’s own words:
I think the market-oriented iPhone, the Watch Ultra, should be more resistant than anything else. The mobile phone is usually kept by an athlete or explorer and the idea is that it is the watch that performs the main functions of the activity.
The iPhone in this case must be able to withstand possible shocks, temperatures and weather conditions; That’s why my view of the iPhone Ultra in this exercise was based on thinking of a titanium frame, camera unit, and ceramic back (or a semi-transparent polycarbonate option), rather than adding sporty buttons or functions.

You can see the translucent polycarbonate option in the tweet above, in a design that reveals the components of the MagSafe connection (and a few others to guess). It is a design with intent and meaning. The iPhone 15 Ultra will likely be very different from what we see here, but this idea makes the brain work.
