Vegan white chocolate custard
ingredients
– 300 ml vegetable drink (we use soy)
– 75 grams of vegan white chocolate
– 1 and 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch

1. Pour the vegetable drink into a pot and mix it with the cornstarch.
2. Add the white chocolate and leave it on the fire until it boils, stirring constantly.
3. Boil for a minute and serve the mixture in cups. Let it rest for a few hours in the refrigerator.
4. Grate some dark chocolate and enjoy!
