The UEFA Executive Committee met today in Paris and agreed UEFA Strategy 2024-30 “United to succeed”.
The Strategy provides a clear direction and roadmap to guide both UEFA and the wider European football community, and aims to strengthen the position of football in all societies in Europe, and maintain the integral link between grassroots football and elite competitions. It is based on seven core values: respect, equality, fairness, openness, unity, integrity and excellence.
UEFA Men's European Club Competitions Revenue Distribution System 2024-27
The Committee approved the detailed revenue distribution system for the 2024-2027 UEFA Men's Club Competitions.
Of the set limit of 4.4 billion euros: 10% (440 million euros) was allocated to solidarity, 7% (308 million euros) to non-participating clubs and 3% (132 million euros) to clubs from the qualifying rounds. In addition, €25 million has been allocated to the Women's Champions League and the Youth Champions League.
The net amount (after deducting costs, solidarity payments and payments to other competitions) is distributed between the participating clubs (93.5%) and UEFA (6.5%).
Of the total amount available for distribution among the participating clubs (3,317 million euros), 2,467 million euros (74.38%) will be distributed among the clubs competing in the Champions League (and the European Super Cup), and 565 million euros (17.02%) will be distributed among the clubs competing in Europa League and €285 million (8.60%) between clubs in the European Conference League. The ratio between the three competitions remained at the same level as it was in the current session 2021/24.
These amounts will be distributed among three different pillars: the equal equity pillar, the performance pillar, and the value pillar. While the proportion allocated to equal parts (27.5%) and performance (37.5%) has increased (+2.5% and +7.5% respectively), the value pillar will consist of 35%, i.e. 10% less than the total parts of the “market complex “And the laboratories in the current session.

Next meeting
The next meeting of the UEFA Executive Committee is scheduled to take place on 22 May 2024 in Dublin, Republic of Ireland.
